Watermead is arguably one of the town’s most scenic areas with a large lake and an attractive piazza with a bar and restaurant overlooking this stunning scenery. The Lake also attracts many wild birds and other nature. The Piazza also offers a Chinese takeaway, general store and Post Office, a hair salon and Vets.

Watermead is central to a network of motorways and nearby towns. The M40 can be accessed North via the A41 towards Bicester or South via Thame, Milton Keynes & the M1 via A418 and the M25 reached on the A41 and towards Watford.
